I offer one-on-one sessions for people who want to actually apply this stuff to their lives—whether that means meditating more consistently, dealing with stress or stuck emotions, or just having a clear, honest conversation with someone who gets it.

These aren’t therapy sessions. I’m a licensed therapist, but this is something simpler and more flexible. It’s just real conversation—focused on helping you quiet the noise and reconnect with what matters.
